Bromberg & Associates, official sponsors of the 2020 Paczki Run, hosted by Tour de Troit
Runner’s on your mark… get set, Go!
On Saturday, February 22nd, Bromberg & Associates were participants and the official race sponsors of the 2020 Paczki Run in Hamtramck Michigan. The race was hosted by Tour de Troit, an organization that hosts races throughout the State of Michigan. After the run, all participants took part in celebrating with freshly made paczki, beer, and live polka music! All proceeds from this event will be used to improve Hamtramck’s parks and greenways.
What was your favorite part of the 2020 Paczki Run?
JESSICA: The Paczki of course!
ESTEFANIA: My favorite part was getting out and experiencing more of Hamtramck up close and personal, and the Paczki as well!
Did you consider yourself to be a runner prior to the race?
ESTEFANIA: Although I don’t participate in races very often, I have had some experience in running 5K races in the past. While I may not be the fastest runner, I have great endurance so that’s a big accomplishment for me!
How well did you perform?
JESSICA: My official race time was 41:13. This was better that last year’s time but overall, still not great.
ESTEFANIA: I actually felt like I performed pretty well this in this race. My official time was 40 minutes!
What was the most challenging part for you?
JESSICA: The whole darn thing!!!
ESTEFANIA: The wind was my biggest enemy during this race! [ The recorded wind gusts during racetime were up to 15 MPH]
Would you participate in the next Paczki Run?
ESTEFANIA: Oh for sure!
What made you want to represent Bromberg & Associates in this year’s race?
JESSICA: I enjoy participating in this event and I wanted to help contribute to its success. Also more importantly, for the Paczki and beer 🙂
ESTEFANIA: I really like being a part of an organization that works to help people understand and communicate with each other. I enjoy my role here and take pride in coming up with solutions to our clients’ challenges and needs. Anytime I can represent the company in a positive way, I am proud to do so!
Do you have anything you’d like to add?
JESSICA: It was really great seeing Jinny [Bromberg] and Timothy Blackman (Bromberg’s Brand Manager) cheering us on at the finish line! I also really thought Jinny’s sign was awesome!
