Bromberg & Associates Language Solutions Company is currently seeking a full-time Bilingual Multicultural Awareness Programs
Implementation Coordinator/Specialist. This position will be at the offices in Hamtramck, MI.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Coordinating all phases of MAPS project, starting from content development and implementation to monitoring and
marketing of the programs
Creating e-learning diversity training materials and coordinating online training
Auditing older cultural awareness/diversity training materials for updating
Preparing and submitting implementation status reports for the management
Packaging content for specific audiences
Our ideal candidate:
Holds a B.A./B.S. from an accredited institution of higher education
Possesses strong research, analytical, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Possesses effective communication skills both oral and written
Is able to effectively and efficiently create, edit and proof-read content
Is detail-oriented, motivated, self-starter with an action oriented and can-do attitude
Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Moodle, Graphic Design Programs
Is fluent in one of the following foreign languages:
– Arabic – Bengali
– Albanian – Chinese
– American Sign Language – Spanish
Previous experience in research, marketing, cultural diversity program coordination/cross-cultural training/consulting will be
a plus
