Happy International Translation Day!

Today, Bromberg wishes you a Happy International Translation Day! On this day, we celebrate and recognize the importance of professional language services provided by linguists.

International Translation Day was established by the Federation of Translators in 1991 to be celebrated annually on the 30th of September. This day was chosen to coincide with the feast of St. Jerome, patron saint of translators who was notable for translating the Bible. On this day, we take pride in being part of a profession that is essential to connecting people and cultures. During the recent times of crisis during the hurricane season, our profession and industry has proven time and time again its importance in connecting, changing and saving lives.

To all of our extended family of translators and interpreters both near and far, we thank you for all your contributions to making meaningful language access a reality.

You rock!
