Bromberg is also proud to be certified under ASTM F3130-18, the industry standard for language service companies that emphasizes quality management, service delivery, and client satisfaction. Only a very limited number of language service companies have attained this certification thus far, which demonstrates that our translation and interpreting services consistently meet stringent standards for responsiveness, accuracy, and service continuity.
Compliance Consulting & Implementation:
Civil rights and language access compliance are of the utmost importance to those we serve at Bromberg for this reason, Bromberg offers value added services of compliance consulting and implementation, ranging from training the ADA and Title VI Coordinators to developing Language Access Plans in accordance with the federal guidance.
We have a compliance team that includes Mr. Bruce Adelson, a former US Department of Justice Senior Attorney, nationally recognized for his federal compliance expertise concerning Language Access Plan research and development.
