Bromberg & Associates is seeking a Talent Resource Specialist to join our multinational and multicultural team. The Talent Resource Specialist will be responsible for researching and finding qualified linguists nationwide to take assignments on a contractual basis. This is a full time position at our Hamtramck office. Minimal travel (a few times a year) may be needed.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Past experience in either HR, recruitment, staffing, compliance, communication or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, research skills
- Outgoing, yet be process and detail oriented in order to search, locate, interview and assist qualified candidates nationwide in becoming active freelance interpreters and translators with our company.
- Being multilingual and multicultural is a definite plus.
