Bromberg & Associates Language Solutions Company is currently seeking a full-time Bilingual Proposal Writing Specialist. This
position will be at the offices in Hamtramck, MI.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Research of RFPs and other bidding opportunities
Identifying potential prospects and contacting them via email or phone
Applying on behalf of the company and registering the company in various databases and Supplier Diversity portals
Coordinating all phases of the project proposal process
Preparing and submitting proposals and conducting follow up communications while managing multiple deadlines efficiently
Our ideal candidate:
Holds a B.A./B.S. from an accredited institution of higher education
Possesses strong research, analytical, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Possesses effective communication skills both oral and written with excellent customer service skills
Is able to make meaningful initial connections that lead to relationship building and prospect conversion
Is able to effectively and efficiently create, edit and proof-read content
Is detail-oriented, motivated, self-starter with an action oriented and can-do attitude
Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Is fluent in one of the following foreign languages:
– Arabic – Bengali
– Albanian – Chinese
– American Sign Language – Spanish
Previous experience in research, sales, marketing and/or proposal or grant writing will be a plus.
